Within the actions of RTS, the line related to the training of future IT professionals is a clear commitment from Pasiona since its inception. Guided by the philosophy of sharing, we support and finance all the initiatives involved that we assume that we contribute our knowledge to training projects.

Factoría F5 is the first inclusive and supportive digital school in Spain, based on the successful model of Simplon.co schools. In Factoría F5 they offer intensive training of 7 months, free of charge, and from Pasiona we collaborate with them in several ways:

Through support, advice and assistance in events organized by Factoria F5

 

By incorporating profiles trained at the F5 school into the Pasiona team
