The client asked us for a management system for the high level of dispersion of the information they manage.

Our solution was based on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the management of relationships with customers and other entities, so that we were able to integrate all available information in a single data source.

The Institut Catalá del Sol (INCASOL) is the body in charge of the registration and deposit of the deposits of the rental contracts for urban properties in Catalonia.

Description

The new structure and capabilities of the CRM application were used to automate the different commercial and marketing processes related to the different products and services provided by the Institut Catalá del Sol (Incasol).
