We change the computers for the blades for a great II Pasiona Pádel Day

Equipo Comunicacion 14/03/2019

Healthy living, emotional health and team cohesion are pillars of the Pasiona philosophy and the driving force behind the corporate action plans that we maintain year after year.

In this context, the Pasiona Geeky Leagues have proven to be an effective way to turn these three motivations into a reality, combined with our transversal plan HealthyDevs that has already been in place for more than a year and a half. The II Pasiona Pádel Day, held last Saturday, has served us to check not only the good physical shape of the team but its motivation, values and human value.

On the 9th we changed computers for shovels, the lights of the office for the radiant Mediterranean sun and the carpet of the office for the tracks of the CEM Maresme (Barcelona). We played an exciting American tournament in which we doubled the number of participants of the successful first edition and in which laughter, good vibes and the desire to have fun were very protagonists.

Poster of the II Padel Day of our Geeky Leagues

The ‘American’ paddle tournament is a format in which players cross paths and play all over each other, without pre-established pairs. It represents a modality that forces players to reinforce their teamwork skills and rapport with the partner to achieve victory in each game, focusing on their reaction speed, empathy and effectiveness. In the final matches, Txema and Raúl, in first place, Oriol and Albert M. in second, and Adrià and Mauro, in third position, won. Congratulations to all!

Undoubtedly, this second edition has been a success, and we already have our minds set on a next appointment that we hope will break records. Actions like this not only allow the team to spend a fun morning, but also to influence the defense of healthy habits, strengthen the bonds of the Pasiona team and take the opportunity to see and get to know each other outside the office context, enjoying the colleagues of the great Pasiona family. Is there a better motivation?
