Would you be able to define what a bot really is? Do you know its limits? What new ‘disBÓTico’ scenario do you propose to us? Should we love them or fear them?
Under the title ‘Bot Mirror: Lights and shadows of a disBÓTico future’, on March 22 we will answer these and other questions within the framework of the Breakfast of 22Network, in the emblematic Valkiria Hub Space in Barcelona.
Within the space reserved for the Innovator of the month, our colleagues Toni Recio, responsible for Technology and Innovation, and Juanjo Montiel, developer and specialist in Accessibility, will raise the uses, scenarios and possibilities offered by bots today, from the most practical perspective. They will be accompanied by Whost, Juanjo’s guide dog, and Alexa, Amazon’s voice assistant, whom they will put to the test during the talk. Registrations (free) can be made through

The 22@Update Breakfast will start at half past eight in the morning with a networking breakfast prior to the presentation of the event, which reaches its 128th edition and will revolve around the theme ‘People and (ro)Bots: the future of interaction’. In this context, Yolanda Treviño, director of Valkiria Hub Space and member of the Board of Directors of the 22@Network, will be in charge of introducing the Update and showing the latest news on the association’s website.
A little before half past nine in the morning, our colleagues Toni Recio and Juanjo Montiel will be in charge of the Innovative space of the month, with an intervention in which they will raise real situations in the use of Bots, delving into all the possibilities they offer, as well as their implications in the field of Artificial Intelligence. The talk will serve to learn in a special way the application in the field of Accessibility, that is, the power of bots when it comes to breaking down many barriers of current technology.
