Innovation, talent and organizational culture: Passion at the WWI Summit 2018

Equipo Comunicacion 07/09/2018

Do you know that eight out of ten employees are willing to work longer hours if their employer is more empathetic? And that 84% of millennials are not willing to work in companies with which they do not match in values?

Considering that millennials will occupy three out of four jobs in 2030… Are we ready for this new paradigm of values? In terms of talent, loyalty and organizational culture… have we addressed the necessary transformation? Knowledge, flexibility, innovation and professional development are, and will be, the main demands of the market. Are we ready?

The WII Summit reaches its fifth edition bringing together the main leaders in innovation strategies, talent and organizational culture to discuss the configuration of the current labor market, based on intergenerational coexistence and the recruitment and loyalty of talent. Among them, David Teixidó, CEO of Pasiona, will provide the vision that we apply from here to team management, productivity based on well-being and human values as a pillar of business strategies.

With them and the rest of the speakers, the WWI Summit will focus on the great challenge of talent loyalty and retention, new ways of understanding work and the values of new generations.
