Pasiona closes 2015 with a 22.5% increase in its workforce
Pasiona, a company specialized in Microsoft technologies, has increased its workforce by 22.5% during 2015, reaching the figure of 120 employees.
An advance that confirms the consultancy’s commitment to attracting talent and growth based on high value-added services. Looking ahead to 2016, the consultancy expects to maintain a similar pace in terms of staff recruitment, so that it expects to reach 150 workers. Currently, around 70% of Pasiona’s workforce has official Microsoft certifications.
Pasiona continues to bet on the training of its workers through different lines of talent recruitment. Proof of this are its Master.Net courses, free training programs taught by leading experts in the Microsoft environment, with which it seeks to attract the interest of recent graduates. In addition, it offers free continuous training to its employees through the two leading platforms worldwide, so that the recycling of knowledge is a continuous motivation among its technicians.
GROWTH AT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL
Pasiona has reached a turnover of more than 5 million euros in 2015, 11% more than in 2014. The consultancy has closed several contracts with international clients, who have entrusted it with the development of their strategic projects. David Teixidó, CEO, highlights this orientation towards international projects as “the main basis of success and growth” of the company to the extent that, in addition to expansion into new markets, it provides “an enriching experience both technically and financially”, Teixidó remarks.
