Pasiona reinforces its strategy with a new Marketing and Communication department
We are delighted to announce the creation of our new Marketing and Communication department.
The unstoppable growth of the company and our commitment to attracting talent and generating employment, have led the Management Committee to take this step. Pasiona is a “living company” in a technological context “in evolution and subject to continuous changes”, says our director, David Teixidó. With this new area, we will get the necessary reinforcement that our natural growth requires. At the same time, it will support the communication of projects, especially with regard to the Mobility and Usability departments, both for its transversal nature and for its strategic importance.
“We are carrying out important projects in the development of mobile applications,” says Teixidó. Indeed, Pasiona’s mobility department represents the best example of our main line of action: the application of customized technological solutions to respond to very specific customer needs. The same goes for the Design and User Experience area, which also works from the transversality in a large part of the projects, thus providing comprehensive attention and guaranteeing the success of applications, services and products once they reach the end user.
The new Marketing and Communication department will be in charge of the dissemination of all these projects, as well as those related to the client consulting part. At the same time, it will develop a priority strategic line in terms of talent recruitment, job creation and recruitment. “We are committed to the continuous training and professional development of all our employees”, through initiatives such as the Master.Net de Pasiona, which is on its way to its fourth edition and which has facilitated the incorporation of more than twenty developers into the workforce, among other ways.
The person chosen to take the reins of this new area is Laura Camino, whose profile combines the experience of more than ten years as a professional journalist and a subsequent specialization in digital marketing with the close knowledge of everything that involves the Pasiona brand, for which he has worked for the last year and a half as Social Media Strategist. “Just as we pursue the recruitment of talent and excellence in our team of developers, for the new Marketing and Communication department we also bet on specialized profiles that respond to the needs of communication in a digital world in constant transformation and that requires a continuous update in tools, strategies and content”, explains David Teixidó in this regard.
