Pasiona’s Healthy Devs program, My Company is Healthy award in SME category
Our #HealthyDevs program has been awarded the My Company is Healthy in the SME category.
Among the candidatures submitted, the jury has selected the healthy plan of Pasiona for its structuring of actions focused on the well-being of the passionate family. Our CEO, David Teixidó, was personally responsible for collecting the award this morning during the MEES Day held in Madrid. After receiving the award, Teixidó thanked the recognition of what he defined as a priority line of Pasiona and a clear commitment to promote the well-being of the team and combat risks such as being overweight.
The Pasiona Healthy Devs program was launched in 2017 with the aim of encouraging a healthy lifestyle among members of the Pasiona family and combating the risks associated with a sedentary lifestyle and the incidence of computer diseases. The plan was launched on four pillars: subsidized access to the gym, fresh fruit in the office, massages in the office and healthy tupperware. More recently, mindfulness has been incorporated as a tool for managing stress and emotions and, ultimately, improving the health and well-being of passionate people.
The awards ceremony took place this morning within the framework of the V Meeting My Company is Healthy, an event that brings together more than 200 professionals from human resources and occupational risk prevention to carry out an analysis of the conditioning factors that influence occupational well-being, both physical and psychosocial. My company is healthy is an initiative that aims to generate a current of opinion and social mobilization that promotes the integral health of the company and its workers as a necessary condition to increase productivity and well-being (and therefore happiness). The project is developed by Motorpress Ibérica, publisher in Spain of more than twenty publications on sport, lifestyle or cars, and Más Cuota, a marketing and communication agency specialized in generating content and contacts in the professional field.
