Analysis

Our work method is based on a phased approach, although its implementation can be flexible and we adapt to your conditions and situation. In general, we always start with a bit of analysis to understand the context, areas for improvement and strengths.

Action plan

Then the rest is built, an action plan to be implemented step by step, education and training of key people in the new paradigm, preparation of processes and digital tools that will support this change, from project management tools and equipment, documentation, collaboration and communication, etc..

Accompaniment

The most important phase is the support phase where, in addition to advising the teams on the new practices, a detailed follow-up of the implementation will be carried out and, in an iterative manner, updating the actions to be carried out, as well as the introduction of improvements.
