Any consultant from the Talent team, or part of the team, can temporarily travel to the client’s home to work on-site at their offices for the duration of the service.

Process management using Agile tools and methodology, with the participation of the Technical Department and the Talent Department to effectively validate all candidates in process, both in hard and soft skills.
Contact person for requirements
The Talent Manager and the Pasiona Business Manager, responsible for the project, will always be the interlocutors of the client’s Hiring Managers to ensure a clear, cross-cutting, fast and effective communication.
3-month warranty
At Pasiona we offer you the option of replacing the candidate in case he/she does not fit in or is a voluntary resignation.
Employer branding client
We adapt to the client’s brand and external marketing to ensure that candidates feel aligned with it from the first phase of the selection process until their incorporation.
Candidate Onboarding
Once an incorporation is closed, our role does not end, we get involved during the first 3 months together with the client’s People team. In this way we guarantee that the candidate’s experience is optimal and that he/she is accompanied at all times, with effective follow-up.
