Infrastructure development for the Rent Square platform

RentSquare is a company born with a Startup philosophy and with a strong social impact, since its main milestone is to optimize the price of real estate in England (mainly in London).

As a startup, the development model of the company is based on RentSquare is based on lean methodology. When we were approached to be their technology partnersThe main obstacle we found was that due to the importance of Time to Market and the philosophy that all Startups usually have, they had many developments in different technologies, languages and frameworks. This scenario was similar at the infrastructure level.

Description

Our first objective was to find a strategy that would allow us to grow together quickly and without limitations. The next step was to achieve productivity in development and not be influenced by technological fads that were not very viable. Last but not least, the challenge was to achieve cost savings in terms of infrastructure and its management.
