Infrastructure development for the Rent Square platform

RentSquare is a company born with a Startup philosophy and with a strong social impact, since its main milestone is to optimize the price of real estate in England (mainly in London).

As a startup, RentSquare’s development model is based on a lean methodology. When they approached us to become their technology partner, the main hurdle we encountered was that, due to the importance of Time to Market and the very philosophy that all startups typically have, they had many developments in different technologies, languages, and frameworks. This scenario was similar at the infrastructure level.

Description

Our first objective was to find a strategy that would allow us to grow together quickly and without limitations. The next step was to achieve productivity in development and not be influenced by technological fads that were not very viable. Last but not least, the challenge was to achieve cost savings in terms of infrastructure and its management.
