Uriachis a company dedicated to health and wellness, with international sales in more than 70 countries around the world.

The client needed a corporate app for mobile and desktop from which employees could consult the official company news published on the intranet, and receive official communications segmented by groups. Likewise, the objective was to ensure that the app would allow the most common procedures to be carried out in an agile and secure way: vacation and leave requests and queries, official procedures, payroll queries… Finally, the application should facilitate the consultation of the company’s organization chart, navigable by levels, as well as incorporating a chatbot for frequently asked questions and answers (FAQs).

Description

The target audience of the application, Uriach’s collaborators, represents a very large group with different user profiles. To meet this challenge, our UX/UI Design team created an initial prototype with wireframes to be used as a tool in the research process. Thanks to the testing carried out by different types of users, they were able to decide on a definitive structure for the app, based on the security of the real use case of that final public. This task was combined with the implementation of a design work to align the aesthetics of the app with Uriach’s look&feel, in close collaboration with the client.

In the development part, with the help of Pasiona’s Mobile team, it was necessary to implement different integrations with Uriach’s systems to interact with them, such as:

– Integration with SAP for payroll visualization

– Integration with Sharepoint for news interaction

– Integration with Uriach’s ADFS and Active Directory for user management.

Finally, a user guidance bot integrated with Azure QnA Maker was developed to guide the user through the most relevant day-to-day business questions.
