Manage emotions, strengthen resilience and improve overall well-being.
These are some of the main benefits of Mindfulness, a lifestyle based on mindfulness and awareness and connection with the present as a basic philosophy, and to which we now join. Within our #HealthyDevs program, with which we seek to facilitate and motivate healthy lifestyle habits, we want to go one step further in the well-being of our passionate men and women by making available the tools of Mindfulness with a specialized coach. To do this, and from this Monday, we start a training course with which we will acquire the necessary knowledge and method that will allow us to improve our well-being on a day-to-day basis. Thanks to our friends from Mejorame, every Monday we will learn and practice meditation, and we will approach the fundamental contents about Mindfulness, with a practice that will last during the week and that we will try to apply to our daily routines. We have ahead of us a job that we face, like everything we do, with passion and desire to learn and improve.
The current pace of life, schedules, responsibilities, fatigue and other factors cause an absolute disconnection with the present moment, with un@ mism@. For that reason, we are often arrastrad@s to stressful situations that become unmanageable and end up leading to mental, physical and emotional ills. Connecting with the present moment is the proposal of Mindfulness to put aside the issues of the past and the fears and worries of the future. In this way, a state of mental calm is achieved that provides the capacity and attitude necessary to face difficult situations and maintain a healthier life on a daily basis. It also offers the opportunity to be with un@ mism@ to listen to what our real needs are, what is not letting us live fully. And the perfect conditions to apply remedy to those evils and needs.
One of the main bets of Pasiona for our teams is to promote a healthy lifestyle as much as possible. Office work entails a series of risks related to sedentary lifestyle and the incidence of so-called computer diseases. Access to gym, fresh fruit in the office, physiotherapy service and healthy tupperware are the fundamental pillars of the #HealthyDevs program that we started in 2017 and to which we now add Mindfulness training. The ultimate goal: healthy, happy workers and a family that grows in harmony and well-being.
