Pasiona, conscious organization in 12 keys
Last Friday, June 3, our CEO, David Teixidó, was in charge of the closing conference within the framework of the “International Congress Mindfulness in Conscious Organizations”, held by the University of Barcelona.
We are grateful to be able to share our philosophy of conscious work and passion for what we do, even more so in a scenario like the Palau de les Heures.
For almost two hours, David Teixidó developed the 12 key points for a successful, involved and conscious company; And it is not easy, it is a path of learning and risk, but it is achieved with an attitude of constant improvement by all those involved in the project. We highlight the care of workers and the essential roles of those employees leaders as fundamental elements to maintain motivation and commitment to the company. This commitment is, today, what drives creativity and dedication to constant improvement. Well, believing in a project is what encourages us to give 100% in the direction of success.
Without fear of change, at Pasiona we pride ourselves on our adaptive capacity and the search for constant innovation. Be aware of who we are, our weaknesses and strengths accepting that the path to success involves continuous transformation focused on improvement.
The most important capital of a company is the workers, and this was explained by our CEO to the audience. Successful companies are those that are involved in society and sustainability, those that are transformed, that make their workers grow through continuous training and work-life balance. The new generations, prepared and competent, are an example of this, since changes in business dynamics have already been noticed in a very short period of time.
The company must be aware that it is part of an ecosystem, both internal and external. The economic benefit is accompanied by the involvement, both in the creation of value and purpose in society and in the modernization of its sector. To add value in the economic ecosystem, an organization must have highly qualified and involved workers who innovate and revolutionize the sector with each step taken. In what direction? In which society and economy achieve greater benefit and well-being.
Reflections like this are those that were shared in David Teixidó’s presentation, and it is possible to access the full conference here.
From Pasiona, we will continue to spread and share our business philosophy demonstrating that we are much more than software developers. We will continue to motivate professionals and companies in this path that involves us all.
