The keys to the success of a healthy company: the eBook of the MEES Awards 2019

This is one of the main keys to generate a healthy and positive work environment in companies of the XXI century. This is reflected in a publication that summarizes the success stories of the winners of the Mi Empresa Es Saludable (MEES) Awards, including our Pasiona #HealthyDevs plan. This is the third edition of the MEES eBook, whose purpose is to ensure that the business fabric evolves in the field of health promotion.

Pasiona was the winner in the SME category of the Mi Empresa Es Saludable 2019 Awards, thanks to our #HealthyDevs program. A plan focused on the well-being of the passionate family, with the aim of encouraging a healthy lifestyle and combating the risks associated with a sedentary lifestyle and the incidence of computer diseases. Our program is based on four pillars: subsidized access to the gym, fresh fruit in the office, massages in the office and healthy tupperware. It is complemented, in addition, with other points incorporated as mindfulness as a stress management tool, our Geeky Leagues that are sports days for workers, such as paddle, football and ping pong tournaments and that have a high participation of the team.

Our CEO, David Teixidó, personally collected the award at the MEES day held in Madrid, where he stressed that the Healthy Devs program is recognized as a priority line of Pasiona and a clear commitment of the entire team. “It is always better to listen before acting” says our head of Marketing and communication, Laura Camino. For the result of the actions to be correct always “you have to listen to the members of the team. The Healthy Devs plan is an internal strategy, previously developed studying the needs and proposals of our enthusiasts”, he concludes in the story of the success story collected in the eBook.
