Holidays, payroll and chatbot from the mobile: the corporate apps of the XXI century

Uriach’s new corporate tool directly solves the need to keep its employees informed at all times, with a constantly updated news channel.

In addition, users have a help chatbot to ask questions at any time. All this thanks to a joint and coordinated project with the client, and synchronizing the most technological parts of application development, with the necessary User Experience approach in terms of optimization of sections, location of elements and navigation. One of the keys to the success of the project lies in the close collaboration with the client, which has allowed us to streamline the development processes, in addition to aligning the design of the app with the look & feel of Uriach.

Uriach is a health and wellness company with international sales in more than 70 countries worldwide. They needed a corporate app for mobile and desktop from which employees could consult the official news of the company and receive official communications, being a very extensive audience and that brings together different user profiles. To face this challenge, the UX / UI Design team carried out a test carried out with different types of users, who were able to decide on a definitive structure of the app.

In the development part, hand in hand with the Mobile team of pasiona, it was necessary to implement different integrations with Uriach systems to interact with them, such as: Integration with SAP for payroll visualization, Integration with Sharepoint for interaction with news, Integration with ADFS and Uriach Active Directory for user management.
