    Today our CCO at Pasiona, José Luis Martínez, reflects on how the relationship between large companies and technological talent is changing, and why flexible collaboration models have become a competitive advantage that will mark the future of the sector.

    -José Luis, what is changing in the way companies understand technology talent?

    -More and more companies understand that talent is not just about hiring, but about collaboration. The shift is in how specialisation, agility and adaptability are valued. Today, relying on external teams is not a one-off solution, but a strategy to accelerate innovation, incorporate expert knowledge and respond flexibly to market challenges. At Pasiona we see it every day: technological talent is no longer measured only by where it is, but by what it is capable of contributing.

    -Why do you think that sometimes the most valuable things don’t necessarily have to be on the payroll?

    -Because the value is not always in permanence, but in impact. There are professionals and teams who, from the outside, bring a fresh vision, highly specialised experience and a capacity for execution that perfectly complements internal talent. At Pasiona we work with profiles that, although they are not on the payroll, feel part of the project, the team and the purpose. And that, in the end, is what makes the difference.

    How does Pasiona manage to maintain continuity and confidence in critical projects for large-scale clients?

    -The key is commitment. At Pasiona we don’t just deliver technical profiles, we deliver people who understand the business, who get involved and who build relationships of trust with our clients. We are committed to stability, continuous support and close management that allows us to anticipate changes and always keep the focus on quality. This continuity is not improvised, it is cultivated.

    -How do you decide which partnership model fits best in each case?

    -Listening. Each client has a different need, and our work starts by understanding it in depth. Do they need to reinforce an internal team? Launch a new product? Optimise a process? Depending on that, we propose the model that best suits: staff augmentation, dedicated team or complete outsourcing. The important thing is not the format, but that the model provides value, flexibility and results. And that can only be achieved with a relationship of trust and transparency.

    -How do you make the people who work with you also feel part of Pasiona?
